Webcazip Yazılım (“Datasevk”, “we”) acts as data controller under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) for personal data processed in connection with our website (datasevk.com), application (app.datasevk.com), and support channels. This Privacy Notice applies to visitors, users, customer representatives, and job applicants.

- Identity: name, surname, username, national ID (only where mandatory for invoicing).
- Contact: email, phone, business address.
- Customer / company information: company name, tax data, employees and contact records you enter into the system.
- Transaction & finance: subscription plan, invoices, payment references via PayTR (no card data is stored by us).
- Security & logs: session records, IP address, browser, log entries, bearer-token references.
- Marketing & preferences: language preference, usage statistics, email engagement (where applicable).
- Support requests: the content of messages sent through support channels.

- Establishing and performing the contract (registration, subscription, service delivery).
- Authenticating users and securing accounts.
- Billing, payment collection, and accounting obligations.
- Handling support requests and complaints.
- Improving the service, performance measurement, and error monitoring.
- Complying with legal obligations (tax, commercial, KVKK, court/regulatory requests).
- Where you have given explicit consent, sending marketing communications.
4. Collection & Legal Basis
Personal data is collected via our website, application, email, phone, cookies, and support forms by automated or partially automated means. Processing is based on Article 5/2 of KVKK, including contractual necessity, legal obligation, legitimate interest, and where required, explicit consent.

- Payment service providers (PayTR Ödeme Hizmetleri A.Ş.) for processing payments.
- Cloud infrastructure providers for hosting and backups.
- Email and notification providers for transactional and (with consent) marketing communications.
- Accounting / e-invoicing providers (e.g. KolayBi when enabled) for billing records.
- Public authorities when required by applicable law.
- Legal, tax, and audit advisors under confidentiality obligations.
6. International Transfers
Our infrastructure is hosted in Türkiye. Some support tools (email, error tracking, analytics) may operate from outside Türkiye. Such transfers are made under Article 9 of KVKK on the basis of explicit consent, transfer to a country with adequate protection, or standard contractual clauses / binding corporate rules.
7. Retention
Personal data is retained for the periods set by applicable law (e.g. 10 years for commercial books, 5 years for invoices, 2 years for log records) and only as long as necessary for the original processing purpose. Once the retention period ends, data is destroyed, anonymized, or deleted.
8. Your Rights under KVKK Article 11
- To learn whether your personal data is processed.
- To request information about it if so.
- To learn the purpose and whether the data is used in line with that purpose.
- To know the third parties (within or outside Türkiye) data is transferred to.
- To request rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- To request erasure or destruction within the conditions of KVKK Article 7.
- To request notification of these actions to third parties.
- To object to outcomes derived from automated processing.
- To claim damages caused by unlawful processing.
