This form is provided in accordance with Article 5 of the Distance Contracts Regulation under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, to inform Buyers prior to entering into a contract for the purchase of Datasevk digital subscription services. The Buyer accepts the contents of this form electronically before completing payment.

2. Service & Fee
The subject of the contract is the Datasevk SaaS subscription plan selected on the order screen and provided in return for the agreed fee.
- Service: Datasevk SaaS platform (vehicles, people, dispatch, finance, document modules).
- Plan and limits: as published at /en/prices and selected by the Buyer.
- Fee: the amount shown on the order summary (VAT and applicable taxes included).
- Term: monthly or yearly, as selected.
- Auto-renewal: when enabled, the Subscription renews at the end of each period at the same price; the Buyer may cancel from the panel.
3. Payment
- Payment is taken via PayTR Ödeme Hizmetleri A.Ş. by credit/debit card.
- Card data is not stored by Datasevk.
- Once payment is approved, the invoice is delivered electronically to the Buyer's registered email and is also available from the panel.
- If a charge is rejected, Service access may be temporarily suspended.
4. Delivery & Performance
The Service is enabled on the Buyer's account immediately upon payment confirmation and is accessible at app.datasevk.com. As the Service is digital, performance occurs instantly in the electronic environment; no physical delivery applies.
5. Withdrawal Right
Pursuant to Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the consumer's right of withdrawal does not apply to “services performed instantly in electronic environment or intangible goods delivered to the consumer immediately.”
The Buyer therefore declares having read this Preliminary Information Form before placing the order and acknowledges that the right of withdrawal cannot be used once payment is completed and Service access is opened.
Where the Service has not been started, no invoice has been issued, or the Service could not be provided due to a fault attributable to the Seller, the Seller refunds the amount paid within 14 (fourteen) days.

Personal data processed in connection with the Service is handled as described in the Privacy Notice and the Cookie Policy.
By placing the order, the Buyer confirms having read this Preliminary Information Form and accepts its contents electronically.
